Senior🎓
Top SchoolDmitry Fitiskin is an Infrastructure Project Manager with a decade of experience leading digital products and transforming operations through pragmatic engineering and process design. He specializes in turning messy, manual workflows into automated, auditable systems—reducing reconciliation errors and accelerating support response and ticket resolution across large LMS and e‑commerce platforms. At Netology he scaled programming education from a single product to a top revenue stream, introduced modular curricula and metrics-driven quality controls, and led infrastructure projects including IFRS-aligned financial reporting and event-based billing. Dmitry blends hands-on programming fluency with product leadership, using code to communicate with dev teams and uncover technical feature opportunities. Comfortable in ambiguity, he breaks large initiatives into incremental roadmaps that favor quick, measurable deliveries over rigid doctrine. Based in Samara, he’s as much an operations troubleshooter as a product strategist who enjoys “untying” complex process knots.
