Senior🎓
Top SchoolDmitry Litvinenko is a senior software developer and technical lead with 11 years of experience designing and scaling backend systems for high-traffic web products. Currently at Booking.com, he combines hands-on Python and Go engineering with architecture, deployment and CI/CD leadership, having driven cloud automation projects at eBay and microservice transitions at Rambler and KPN. He routinely covers the full lifecycle—from system design and performance testing to hiring, coaching and organising agile teams—while maintaining a strong practical focus on async Python, message queues and data stores. Dmitry has a track record of building observability and traffic-monitoring tools, moving legacy code to modern platforms, and shipping containerised, cloud-native services. He brings an analytical bent from earlier information-architecture work at Yandex, where he built scrapers and analytics tooling to inform product strategy. Based in Amsterdam, he blends deep backend craftsmanship with experience scaling teams and systems across both startup and enterprise environments.
