Top SchoolDmitry Smirnov is an engineering leader and mobile/AI architect with 13 years of experience building regulated, high-impact products—from CE/FDA medical devices and clinic systems to multi‑million‑download consumer apps. He currently architects an AI-driven QMS platform that captures company-specific operational knowledge into ISO 13485–ready documentation, owning compliance-aware lifecycle, traceability, and multi-agent AI workflows across mobile and backend layers. Dmitry combines deep Kotlin and cross-platform mobile expertise (Kotlin Multiplatform, Compose) with practical AI engineering patterns (RAG, vector search, retrieval pipelines, LangGraph) to turn domain requirements into scalable product architecture. He has led teams end-to-end in startup and enterprise contexts, translating regulatory and domain complexity into testable, auditable systems. An engineer who started in C++ medical and analytics tooling, he brings a rare mix of low-level systems rigor and modern AI+mobile product craftsmanship.
