Top SchoolDmitry Vovna is a Senior Software Engineer based in Cyprus with 11 years of experience building rich UI applications and progressively deeper server-side skills. He has led teams of 30+ developers and held hands-on roles from UI engineer to team lead, driving architecture design, onboarding Agile processes, CI improvements, and legacy refactoring. Known for taking initiative, strong organization, and quick learning, he balances people leadership—mentoring, interviewing, and performance reviews—with day-to-day technical work like code reviews, integrations, and performance optimization. His background includes shaping delivery at Satellite Innovations and Check Point and extensive client-facing communication across stakeholders and product teams.
