As founder and CEO of StateSet (and former CTO of Dapps Inc.), he designs event-driven commerce and blockchain products that automate reverse logistics, subscriptions, and secure payments across major platforms like Shopify and Salesforce. Dom blends deep hands-on engineering—shipping integrations with Stripe, FedEx, Zendesk and more—with product strategy informed by early Bitcoin evangelism since 2013. He previously delivered Salesforce Lightning innovations and mission-critical Quote-to-Cash solutions at Apttus, earning internal MVP and innovation awards. Known for pairing pragmatic enterprise architecture with cutting-edge crypto primitives (zero-knowledge proofs, stablecoin rails), he focuses on turning complex workflows into auditable, autonomous operations. An entrepreneur fluent in international business, he also runs consulting efforts through Dom Steil Computing while scaling StateSet’s AI-driven CX automation.
