Top SchoolDominik Horn is a Co-Founder and seasoned software professional with 8 years of experience helping organizations navigate digital transformation by aligning strategy, culture, and technology. Based in Augsburg, he builds pragmatic, process-driven solutions—drawing on deep expertise in BPM (Camunda), Java, and JavaScript—to turn complex business requirements into scalable systems. He combines hands-on development and architectural decision-making with a commitment to collaborative, transparent change, positioning Miragon as a long-term partner rather than a traditional consultant. In parallel he teaches process management and automation at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Augsburg, bringing real-world lessons into the classroom to prepare students for digital challenges. A practical thinker who sees technology as an enabler rather than a silver bullet, he focuses on resolving the organizational frictions that most projects overlook.
