Top SchoolDong Feng is a seasoned medical device executive with over two decades in the healthcare industry and a proven track record of scaling sales from an individual contributor to leading a $1.2B annual cardiovascular business across Asia. As Vice President for Asia Region-led Markets at Medtronic, he combines strategic market leadership with hands-on country and OU management experience across Japan, Korea and APAC. Known as an inspiring and inclusive leader, he prioritizes a growth mindset, team development, and measurable outcomes while maintaining deep relationships with KOLs and industry peers. His career arc—from orthopedic clinician to frontline sales rep and then to regional executive—gives him uncommon clinical credibility alongside commercial acumen. Based in Singapore, he has repeatedly driven Medtronic’s leadership in APAC cardiovascular markets through cross-functional coordination and market-tailored strategies. Outside the obvious metrics, his ability to double-head complex country and OU roles demonstrates notable capacity for managing ambiguity and rapid organizational change.
