👤
SeniorDoris Benda is a Senior Blockchain Engineer and software architect with 11 years of experience and 7+ years focused on building and scaling production blockchain systems, currently shaping protocol and product work at Concordium. She has contributed to core protocol work, led development of large-scale DeFi and NFT platforms on Ethereum, and built critical infrastructure such as block explorer indexers (CCDScan), SDKs, dApps, and ZK verifiers. Beyond hands-on engineering in Solidity, Rust, TypeScript and Haskell, Doris drives team transformation—improving roadmaps, processes, security practices, and developer effectiveness through mentorship and rigorous code review. Her background blends academic research (PhD) with practical product delivery across research institutes, startups and open-source projects, and she runs personal blockchain projects while supporting a community-owned coliving venture. Active on GitHub and in the web3 community, she brings a rare mix of protocol-level expertise and operational leadership that accelerates both technical quality and team velocity.
