Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolDoug Borg is a technology operations leader with 14 years of engineering experience who recently pivoted from building cloud and CI infrastructure at companies like Apple and ReadyTalk to running operations and bike building at Spot Bikes. He blends deep DevOps and build-system expertise—Jenkins, Gradle, Docker, configuration automation—with hands-on mechanical skills from United Bicycle Institute certifications and DT Swiss wheel building. A competitive cyclist and former state champion, Doug brings a rider’s perspective to shop operations and product care, maintaining a fleet of family bikes and serving as the neighborhood “Bike Guy.” Known for making the right thing the easy thing, he applies systems thinking to streamline shop workflows, supply chains, and rider experiences. Based in Denver, he’s equally at home debugging a deployment pipeline or truing a wheel, turning technical rigor into smoother rides for the cycling community.
