Summary
👤
SeniorDouglas Dyson is a Senior Technical Project Manager based in Vancouver with 25+ years of software delivery experience and a track record of 100+ successful projects across startups and enterprises. He blends hands-on engineering (Next.js, TypeScript, Python, LangChain) with strong agile coaching and scrum mastery to boost team velocity and ship generative web and AI solutions. Douglas excels at pre-sales, demos and client relationships, often bridging product, design, devops and blockchain teams as a pragmatic product owner. He has launched commercial products including a blockchain crowdfunding platform and a Canadian crypto tax tool, demonstrating a knack for turning complex domains into usable products. A consensus builder and empathetic leader, he enjoys mentoring teams and making AI practical for clients. Outside core delivery, he’s quietly technical—comfortable contributing code when projects demand—and prefers to start by deeply understanding the problem before designing solutions.
