Senior🎓
Top SchoolDouglas Ferreira is a seasoned software development analyst with 9 years of hands-on experience building and modernizing ERP and fiscal systems, primarily with .NET technologies. Based in São Paulo, he specializes in implementing complex tax rules, electronic fiscal document generation (NF-e, NFC-e, SAT) and integrating legacy systems with modern microservices and microfrontends. He has led migrations from Delphi/Firebird to .NET/SQL Server, eliminated licensing costs by adopting open-source DFe libraries, and designed a reusable library to standardize fiscal processing across products. Comfortable with both backend (.NET, EF, Dapper, Kafka, Redis) and frontend (Vue 3) concerns, he emphasizes test-driven delivery and operational consistency using Outbox patterns and TestContainers. His background in accounting-focused postgraduate studies gives him a rare combination of deep tax-domain knowledge and pragmatic engineering discipline.
