Top SchoolDouglas Hoyt is a DevSecOps engineer and seasoned systems analyst with nine years of experience modernizing and securing mission-critical financial applications. He combines deep business-analysis rigor—shaped by top academic honors in MIS—with hands-on skills across CI/CD, JBoss application stacks, database administration, and automated quality gates (Sonar, validation scripts). At MUFG he drove the first bank migration to JBoss 5.1 and instituted CI practices that cut defect feedback from weeks to hours, and he now applies that operational and security-first mindset at U.S. Bank. Known for mentoring junior analysts and championing process improvement, he repeatedly translates complex regulatory and performance requirements into auditable, production-ready systems. Based in Denver, he pairs long-tenured enterprise experience with continual self-study in software engineering and project management.
