Top SchoolDouglas Lira is a Senior Software Engineer based in São Paulo with 8 years of experience building high-performance, resilient backend systems. He specializes in Go and Node.js for microservices, event-driven architectures with Kafka, and cloud-native deployments on Kubernetes and AWS, emphasizing low-latency, high-throughput solutions. At iFood he has driven scalable service design, monitoring and observability with Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog, and production reliability practices; prior roles at Midway and SKY Brasil reinforced expertise in GraphQL, Terraform, and serverless patterns. Comfortable across the stack, he pairs pragmatic engineering with mentoring and incident-driven improvements, helping teams operationalize reliability.
