Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolDrew Russell is a cybersecurity and data resilience leader with 11 years of experience, currently managing Rx Security at Rubrik to accelerate incident response and protect critical data assets. He combines deep technical chops—from building SDKs, APIs, and automation tooling to incubating SaaS products—with go-to-market leadership that grew a SaaS ARR from $1.4M to $25M+ in under two years. Drew’s background spans product, engineering, and field roles, enabling him to translate customer pain into product strategy and fast operational response during high-stakes incidents. He’s as comfortable authoring API and GraphQL specs as he is coaching sales teams and winning President’s Club-level targets. Based in St. Louis, he brings a pragmatic blend of hands-on engineering, strategic GTM execution, and a talent for turning incident recovery into an opportunity for stronger zero-trust posture.
