Senior🎓
Top SchoolDron Rathore is a Staff Software Engineer in San Francisco with 13 years building full‑stack and storage infrastructure systems, currently shaping Uber's schemaless/docstore platform. He has deep hands‑on experience porting core products to isomorphic Node.js and designing distributed blob storage gateways, blending backend storage expertise with frontend and developer tooling know‑how. At Housing.com he led Node.js and front‑end automation initiatives to scale services and CI pipelines, and earlier work at Mozilla highlights a long‑standing commitment to open source and community building. Comfortable across Redis, MongoDB, MQTT and large‑scale distributed systems, he favors pragmatic engineering that moves complex platforms into production. Colleagues would call him curious and technology‑agnostic—equally likely to prototype a new framework as to untangle storage consistency issues.
