Top SchoolDryice Liu is a pragmatic CTO with 19 years of experience building and stabilizing large-scale backend systems and cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. He’s driven architecture and operational improvements that turned single-server legacy products into horizontally scalable, auto-scaling services and delivered a microservices platform capable of supporting millions of active users. Known for reducing downtime to under five minutes per year and cutting analytical reports from hours to minutes, he blends hands-on DevOps with leadership—mentoring teams, screening candidates, and introducing Docker-based development workflows. Comfortable taking over and re-architecting complex systems, he has repeatedly designed adaptive distributed task schedulers and monitoring-driven orchestration to optimize resource use at peak scale. Based in Singapore, he pairs deep systems pragmatism with a knack for cross-cultural delivery, including successful engagements for Japanese and international clients.
