Top SchoolDu Hoang is a Staff Product Designer specializing in platforms and ecosystems, bringing 11 years of experience designing developer tools, XR experiences, and data visualization across startups and enterprise teams in SF and NYC. With a Computer Science and 3D animation background, he uniquely blends design craft and engineering—shipping interfaces in Figma and code in React, Unity, and WebGL—to bridge product vision and technical implementation. At Unity he led XR and platform efforts (including MARS), and previously shaped AI-driven visualizations and GPU-accelerated analytics as the first design hire at HEAVY.AI. His work focuses on emerging tech like AI/ML and VR/AR, creating tools that help complex systems communicate clearly to humans. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic prototyping, end-to-end product execution, and mentoring designers who ship production-grade interactive experiences.
