Summary
👤
SeniorĐuro Mandinić is a seasoned back-end web developer with 17 years of professional PHP experience and over a decade of focused work across enterprise and academic projects in Ireland. Currently at ID-Pal, he builds secure, GDPR-compliant identity verification services that combine biometric, document and database checks for global KYC/AML coverage. His background spans Symfony-driven APIs, OAuth2, integrations with Google APIs and Moodle, and messaging patterns like RabbitMQ, reflecting a strong integration and systems-thinking mindset. He has repeatedly modernized legacy systems—from flat PHP to Symfony—and delivered RESTful services and enterprise integrations for clients such as Dublin City University and international marketing platforms. Comfortable in both startup and larger agency contexts, he brings pragmatic design, attention to security and reliability, and a track record of shipping production-ready backend systems. A practical polyglot in tooling and infra, he often bridges development and ops tasks, contributing to smoother deployments and system maintainability.
