Senior🎓
Top SchoolDylan Warren is an entry-level cybersecurity professional and current Help Desk Analyst with a BS in Cybersecurity from Colorado State University Global and a decade of frontline experience across IT support, retail leadership, and emergency medical services. His background as an EMT sharpened his ability to perform under pressure, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly with diverse teams—skills he now applies to incident triage and user-focused technical support. At DMI he supports end users while building practical security skills, and his side-project habit (Angular, TypeScript, and Rust) signals a hands-on approach to learning and experimentation. Dylan balances customer-facing patience honed at Best Buy with technical curiosity, making him effective at translating technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders. He’s actively transitioning classroom knowledge into operational cybersecurity capabilities and seeks entry-level roles where he can contribute to defense-in-depth and continue shipping projects. Based in Waldorf, MD, he combines a service-oriented mindset with a persistent appetite for unfinished side projects that drive rapid skill growth.
