Senior🎓
Top SchoolDylan Yang is a Senior Software Engineer based in Taipei with eight years of experience building web and mobile applications, currently focused on web3 products at Perpetual Protocol. He has a strong full-stack background—shipping front-end improvements with React and optimizing back-end systems and databases (SQLite/MongoDB to PostgreSQL migrations, DB indexing, GraphQL adoption) that measurably boosted performance. Dylan blends mobile (iOS/Android) roots with modern JavaScript toolchains (React, Redux, Node, Webpack) and DevOps fundamentals like Docker and PostgreSQL, enabling cross-disciplinary collaboration. At Codegiant he halved search latency through data-flattening and indexing, and at CATCHPLAY he simplified payment flows by cutting API calls 15–40x across regions. Colleague-focused and careful by nature, he prioritizes knowledge-sharing and pragmatic engineering trade-offs to keep teams productive. Outside work he balances technical curiosity with team sports like volleyball and basketball, reflecting his collaborative, competitive drive.
