Senior🎓
Top SchoolEddy Salzmann is a senior product designer and systems thinker with two decades of experience crafting digital products, design systems, and branded worlds across startups and global enterprises. He blends a sociology-informed empathy with hands-on execution—building design systems, AI-powered services, and custom tooling that reduce friction and scale team clarity. As a freelance lead for companies like Spotify, Bosch, Volkswagen, and Babbel, he routinely bridges strategy, research, and implementation while mentoring design teams and shaping design ops. His work often sits at the infrastructure level—creating the systems and processes that make individual experiences possible—and he enjoys both deep execution and advising on culture and product strategy. Based in Germany and running his own studio since 2011, he’s equally comfortable shipping prototypes as he is guiding organizational change.
