Top SchoolEdmo Lima is a software engineer with 11 years of experience building high-scale distributed systems and consumer-facing products for companies like OneFootball, Creditas, Nubank (Nu Invest) and Locaweb. He combines strong Frontend expertise in TypeScript and React with polyglot backend experience in Go, Python, Ruby and mobile frameworks such as Flutter and React Native. Edmo has led technical transformations—driving mobile-first migrations, creating design systems, and implementing micro-frontend architectures—to enable rapid, cross-country scaling for startups and enterprise platforms. He is a pragmatic advocate for CI/CD, test automation and collaborative practices like pair and mob programming, and has repeatedly coached teams through agile and extreme programming adoptions. Comfortable moving between hands-on implementation and technical leadership, he often codifies platform vision into developer-friendly architecture and workflows. Based in Ceará, Brazil, he blends startup founding-engineer grit with experience at large fintech and media platforms, focusing on measurable user engagement improvements.
