Senior🎓
Top SchoolEdson Souza is a Senior Software Engineer with over a decade of experience building full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript systems and shipping high-impact products across web and mobile. He specializes in React/React Native frontends and Node.js backends, and has a track record of improving delivery velocity—designing a feature-module architecture that accelerated development by 30% and enabled early product launches. Comfortable taking ownership under pressure, he rebuilt a failing sales platform from scratch and delivered a reporting module with 129 custom reports in two weeks. A strong advocate of DDD, Turborepo monorepos, and CI/CD, he also mentors teammates and fosters a knowledge-sharing culture. Based in Mato Grosso, Brazil, Edson blends rapid execution with attention to UX and performance, often stepping beyond pure engineering into product-focused problem solving.
