Senior🎓
Top SchoolEduard Iskandarov is a pragmatic technology leader and founder with 14 years of hands-on engineering and 15 years building teams across startups and scale-ups, now serving as CTO in Tbilisi. He combines full‑stack development, DevOps and security expertise—often coding Python—while driving infrastructure modernization, AI‑readiness and cost optimization at product pace. His track record includes scaling payments and crypto platforms to millions of users, migrating systems to IaC and managed services, and cutting incidents and infrastructure spend through observability and process changes. As a serial founder and early engineer, he blends rapid product validation and unit‑economics rigor with building remote, stream‑aligned teams and double‑entry accounting for fintech integrity. Not obviously, he’s leveraged Temporal and Maestro to harden background processing and end‑to‑end quality, showing a taste for reliable automation over flashy one‑offs.
