Top SchoolEduardo Baitello is a Site Reliability Engineer based in São Paulo with 9 years of experience building and operating Linux-first infrastructure across on-prem, virtualized and cloud environments. He specializes in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD and Kubernetes-driven microservice architectures, with a pragmatic focus on observability, high availability and rapid fault remediation. At iFood he applies production-proven SRE practices that scale consumer-facing platforms, after earlier DevOps and sysadmin roles that grounded his operational rigor. A self-described "Linux lover" and Kubernetes adept, he blends deep systems knowledge with automation to reduce toil and accelerate delivery. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and brings a hands-on, resilience-focused mindset that surfaces subtle failure modes before they impact users.
