Senior🎓
Top SchoolEduardo Castro is a public sector technology leader and data-savvy software engineer with 13 years of experience delivering digital transformation, policy-driven projects and analytics for the Government of the Federal District. He combines hands-on Python development and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP) with program-level delivery—having led teams of 20–100, created the open-source “Escola em Casa” to support 200k students during the pandemic, and overseen R$150M+ in funded initiatives as a counselor. His background bridges research (Columbia, UAB), information security analysis, data protection duties as a DPO, and practical civic tech: scraping, processing and exposing government data to improve transparency and decision-making. Comfortable navigating political complexity, he has also supported startup ecosystem growth and public investment programs that scaled ventures and services across the district.
