Top SchoolEduardo Rabelo is a cloud and web engineering leader with 14 years of experience building production-ready platforms for startups and enterprises across APAC and beyond. As Partner and Director of Operations at DuskyDots he shapes product and consulting strategy, taking teams from zero-to-one prototypes to scalable cloud-native systems. His background includes hands-on roles at AWS, Spark, Xero and other organisations where he focused on cloud architecture, serverless delivery and platform reliability. Eduardo pairs engineering depth with operational stewardship—he’s active in AWS community initiatives and studies DeFi and entrepreneurial finance, reflecting an interest in emerging fintech patterns. Colleagues describe him as a builder who prioritises pragmatic scalability and team enablement over flashy tech for its own sake.
