Top SchoolEduardo Santana is a DevOps engineer with nine years of hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native, CI/CD-driven systems, currently provisioning Azure infrastructure and AKS clusters at Xello. He blends a strong backend pedigree in C#/.NET and SQL with practical DevOps automation using Terraform, Jenkins, Octopus, Docker, and shell scripting, and has improved build pipelines for well-known ASP.NET Boilerplate templates. Eduardo also teaches client-side web development at Centennial College and has led complex migrations and integrations—such as DICOM storage on GCP and EMR modernization—demonstrating versatility across cloud providers and healthcare imaging tools. He is detail-oriented, embraces test-driven and SOLID practices, and has a knack for diagnosing production issues (memory leaks, DB locks) and removing unnecessary build steps to streamline deployments. Comfortable across the full stack, he combines developer empathy with infrastructure rigor to deliver scalable, auditable systems and reporting solutions.
