Top SchoolEduardo Turiño is a hands-on Staff+ software engineer and founder with 17 years of experience building and leading product-focused engineering teams in the UK and internationally. He combines deep technical breadth—React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Rails, FastAPI, Postgres, Elasticsearch—with a track record of architecting systems that drive commercially significant outcomes, including projects generating millions annually. At Plandek he led the NextGen pivot, cutting feature cycle time by a third, boosting customer retention and NPS by 80 points, and achieving strong Cure53 security audit results. Comfortable switching between leadership and coding, he mentors engineers through pair programming and workshops while defining tech strategy and experimentation processes. Early startup experience and multiple founding roles give him an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias for pragmatic, measurable product impact.
