Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolEhyun Kwon is a pragmatic software engineer with 8 years of experience and 4+ years driving full-stack transformations from on-premise V1 products to a resilient V3 SaaS microservices platform. At Upstage he re-architected multiple generations of a DocumentAI product, improving throughput, reducing inference latency from 90s to 10s, and enabling AWS Marketplace distribution that doubled SaaS revenue QoQ. He blends backend systems, model-serving pipelines, and frontend experience—having built search microservices, extensive E2E test suites, and production web apps using Next.js, React, Node, and AWS CDK. Comfortable across SRE practices, observability (Sentry, SigNoz, Prometheus), and GPU-efficient ML serving, he also has a knack for rapid prototyping and real-world optimization (e.g., halving bandwidth in a WebRTC classroom project and maximizing GPU utilization on NVIDIA MIGs). Based in South Korea, he pairs product-minded technical leadership with hands-on implementation across distributed systems and client deployments.
