Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolEinar Norðfjörð is a pragmatic CTO and co-founder with 11 years of experience building full‑stack web applications, scalable architectures, and CI/CD-driven cloud infrastructure. Comfortable from D3 visualizations to serverless AWS deployments, he blends hands-on engineering in React, Node.js, .NET Core and Terraform with people leadership and product-minded design. He prioritizes solving defined business problems over chasing the newest tech, favoring upfront design to avoid suboptimal implementations. Based in Durham, NC, he has led engineering at Birdie Home Care Software and multiple startups, and now guides a stealth venture as CTO. An engineer who moves fluidly between low-level APIs and polished front-end UX, he’s as likely to sketch an architecture as to ship the visualization that makes insights obvious.
