Top SchoolEl-ad Blech is a DevOps Engineer based in Los Altos with 12 years of hands-on experience in systems engineering and information security, currently focused on building reliable, scalable operations at Exabeam. His career progressed through multiple roles at Imperva where he moved from network and production operations into automation and IT systems development, giving him deep expertise in production reliability and tooling. He brings a practical QA and firmware-testing background from earlier roles, which informs a disciplined, test-first approach to infrastructure and deployment automation. Comfortable across networking, high-speed hardware, and cloud-native DevOps, he combines security-minded engineering with a knack for migrating manual operations into repeatable, automated workflows. Notably, his path from QA on medical and networking devices to security-focused DevOps gives him a rare blend of product-level rigor and operational scale.
