Senior🎓
Top SchoolElías Alonso is a seasoned technology leader and CTO based in Madrid with over a decade of hands-on software architecture and team-building experience. He’s led engineering teams as cofounder and CTO of agencies and startups, guiding recruitment, developer training, and end-to-end architecture while still rolling up his sleeves as lead developer on critical projects. His background spans Node.js, React, embedded systems (newLISP), and large-scale data scraping and analysis for short-term rentals, showing breadth from hardware-integrated products to data-driven web services. As AUCTA’s CTO since 2019 he combines strategic product thinking with pragmatic delivery processes honed since founding redradix and Favmonster. A Mensa member with formal studies in both computer science and philosophy, he brings analytical rigor and a multidisciplinary perspective to complex technical decisions. Colleagues value his ability to translate ambiguous client requirements into maintainable architectures and to teach those patterns through courses and internal coaching.
