Top SchoolElias Alves is a Solutions Architect with nine years of experience building and modernizing development platforms, currently leading DevEx efforts at dti digital to prepare the company for a Cloud Center of Excellence. He designs CI/CD governance and Pipeline-as-Code ecosystems, integrates automated compliance with ServiceNow, and drives containerization and observability standards using Kubernetes, Docker, Elastic APM and SonarQube. His background spans hands-on software development to interim Head of DevOps, giving him rare experience owning both architecture and day-to-day delivery. Elias blends formal training in solution architecture and an exchange in computer science at Freie Universität Berlin with practical leadership across roles from junior developer to lead architect. He is particularly skilled at turning governance models (ArchiMate) into reusable engineering artifacts that accelerate teams without sacrificing compliance. Based in Minas Gerais, Brazil, he pairs a pragmatic, improvement-driven mindset with a track record of operationalizing developer experience at scale.
