Top SchoolElie Guedj is a DevOps and Platform Engineer with 11 years’ experience building continuous delivery platforms and industrializing infrastructure across enterprise and research environments. Based in Shanghai, he has driven dramatic delivery improvements—migrating teams from Gitflow to trunk-based development and enabling 30+ daily production deployments while sustaining 99.9997% availability. He designs and operates CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments (Argo CD/Argo Rollouts), blue-green strategies, contract and mutation testing, and infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible. Equally focused on people and processes, he coaches teams in “you build it, you run it” practices, observability, and incident ownership so operational responsibility shifts to developers. His background spans full-stack development and platform modernization, giving him a practical eye for reducing cognitive load and cost while making production data directly actionable for product decisions.
