Top SchoolEllie Litwack is a Technology Scout and R&D engineer with nine years of experience commercializing emerging thermal and cooling technologies, now focusing on EMEA and collaborating across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. At Baltimore Aircoil Company she led IP strategy, developed thermal models, prototyped novel heat exchangers, and improved simulation toolchains to turn lab concepts into market-ready solutions. Her background blends mechanical engineering, machine learning for predictive maintenance, and hands-on test-rig development, giving her a rare mix of modeling, prototyping, and IP prosecution skills. Previously she applied ML research and accessible software design in international settings, and she leverages that interdisciplinary perspective to bridge startups, academia, and corporate R&D. Based in Antwerp from 2026, she actively scouts technologies in heat exchangers, industrial water management, and sustainable materials to advance truly sustainable cooling.
