Top SchoolElsa Brown is a frontend-focused Technology Associate with nine years of experience building accessible, product-driven web experiences at the intersection of design, code, and user research. She has led design system implementations and accessibility remediations across enterprise e-commerce and nonprofit platforms, translating visual systems into reusable components in Figma, Svelte, React, and WordPress. Elsa has a proven track record in rapid experimentation and A/B testing—having scaled test output and prototyping workflows for multi-brand programs—and she mentors engineers on accessibility best practices. Currently working in education technology for adult ESOL learners, she explores how language acquisition and human-centered design can shape learning products. Her background in art direction and merchandising gives her a rare blend of product sensibility and visual storytelling that improves conversion and user comprehension. Based in Northampton, MA, she combines hands-on coding with facilitation skills to align design, engineering, and leadership around pragmatic product outcomes.
