Senior🎓
Top SchoolElton Costa is an experienced systems specialist and tech lead based in São Paulo with 11 years designing and delivering internal and healthcare-focused software across .NET, Go, Ruby, and cloud platforms. He combines hands-on development (C#, Go, JavaScript, Python) with proven people management—allocating roles and processes to maximize team productivity and maintain functional workflows even when methodologies like SCRUM meet resistance. His career spans leadership roles at companies such as Ticket, Levva and Lumini, where he led R&D, integrations and the discovery of new technologies that increased product value for customers. Comfortable across full-stack web, APIs, data visualization, and DevOps tooling (Docker, AWS, Azure), he applies domain-driven design, TDD and design patterns to create maintainable systems. Also a lifelong coder who "loves to cook," Elton brings curiosity and a practical, human-centered approach to team composition and technical decisions.
