Top SchoolEmanuele De Donatis is a Head of Engineering with 12 years of experience building and scaling IoT and cloud-native systems from the codebase to organizational processes. Based in Valencia, he progressed through hands-on roles—QA engineer, backend developer, QA lead—to leading engineering and QA at LORIOT, where he established CI/CD pipelines, built LoRaWAN/MIOTY simulation tooling, and scaled testing and delivery practices. He blends system architecture and pragmatic coding with people leadership, driving reliability and deployment velocity while remaining involved in technical decision-making and bug triage. Earlier work in industrial automation unlocked IIoT connectivity and automated PLC code generation, a practical background that informs his approach to robust, production-grade systems.
