Top SchoolEmil Soleyman-zomalan is an emergency medicine physician in Texas with 12 years of experience who uniquely blends a UC Berkeley background in Molecular and Cell Biology with early-career expertise in programming, networking, and IT consulting. He has built operational and clinical IT tools—dashboards, automated reporting, and EHR integrations—during residency that improved handoffs and decision-making across departments. As an owner-physician and former medical director he has driven patient experience improvements (NPS > 90), grown patient volumes, and launched a patient navigator program to reduce loss to follow-up. He currently practices at Texas Health Resources while operating physician-led iCare Emergency Centers that prioritize compassionate, efficient care. Emil’s work sits at the intersection of frontline clinical leadership and practical health IT innovation, enabling measurable gains in clinician satisfaction and continuity of care. He’s open to projects that integrate his technical chops and emergency medicine experience to further improve hospital operations and patient outcomes.
