Senior🎓
Top SchoolEmilia Michanek is a frontend web developer and accessibility specialist with 11 years of experience and nearly six years in professional roles, combining deep JavaScript and React expertise with a long history of Linux and home-lab operations. At Axess Lab she co-led a major re-architecture to Next.js monorepo patterns, cutting build times and code complexity while building resilient integrations using websockets and UDP for tricky customer needs. She focuses on accessible, responsive UIs (MUI), state management (Redux, SWR), and modern auth (Auth.js), and pairs hands-on development with audits for WCAG and EN 301 549 compliance. Emilia also contributes to GDPR-safe migrations and cross-team education, bridging frontend, backend, and operational concerns to avoid downtime during complex moves. IAAP CPACC certified, she brings a pragmatic mix of UX-first thinking and ops-savvy problem solving—often finding feasible integrations where others see roadblocks. Based in Stockholm, she’s equally comfortable untangling legacy dependency trees as she is designing future-proof web platforms.
