Senior🎓
Top SchoolEndre Stølsvik is a Senior Systems Architect with over two decades of hands-on experience designing and rescuing large-scale, mission-critical systems, including platforms managing assets worth >500 billion NOK. He blends deep full-stack expertise—from JVM internals and hardware to advanced front-ends—with a relentless focus on developer productivity, automation and long-term architectural value. Endre has led cloud and Kubernetes migrations, moving 50+ microservices to Azure with near-zero downtime, and is the creator of the Mats3 messaging framework that underpins many of his async architectures. A persistent "coding architect" and mentor, he builds high-performance teams and one-click deploy foundations that dramatically reduce onboarding and operational friction. He also applies data science and ML pragmatically, and enjoys rearchitecting messy systems into resilient, observable platforms. Based in Stavanger, Norway, Endre pairs a lifelong curiosity about computing (from VIC-20 days) with proven delivery at enterprise scale.
