Top SchoolEric Bieschke is a veteran AI and product leader with 14+ years of experience building and scaling recommendation and advertising systems, best known for architecting Pandora’s Music Genome Project and ad platform that helped reach hundreds of millions of listeners and over $1B in annual ad revenue. A hands-on founder and Chief AI Officer at Artemis, he designs models, data pipelines, and production workflows that turn messy sales and revenue signals into reliable, revenue-driving AI features. He has a rare combination of deep technical inventorship—dozens of patents and early engineering work at Pandora as its first engineer—with proven leadership in hiring, organizational design, and rapid experimental iteration at scale. After a sabbatical spent hiking and advising startups, he’s continued to translate research into product outcomes at startups and in advisory roles, including a rapid exit with Nearby. Based in Seattle, he blends multidisciplinary teams across recommender systems, computational advertising, and music information retrieval to deliver measurable business impact.
