Summary
👤
SeniorEric Grill is a seasoned founder and CEO with over a decade building resilient, regulated systems—most notably leading ChainBytes for 9+ years to provide the compliance and operations backbone for Bitcoin ATM operators nationwide. He now leads Stencilwash, developing agentic developer tools and AI-driven automation, while also building Claude Code plugins, agents, and expanding tool ecosystems (e.g., scaling an MCP server from 25 to 143 tools). A prolific engineer with ~1,900 GitHub contributions last year, 100+ merged PRs across 40+ projects, and nearly 90 public repos, he combines deep technical chops with product and regulatory experience. His work spans Bitcoin, Lightning integrations, zero-knowledge proofs, and agentic code review workflows, and he’s actively exploring AI-driven drone swarm coordination. Outside tech he competes internationally in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, bringing competitive discipline and risk-tested thinking to high-stakes engineering problems.
