Top SchoolEric Jordan is a Senior Electrical Engineer and systems thinker with 13+ years of hands-on experience delivering complex renewable-energy products from concept to market. He combines deep mixed-signal and embedded design expertise with rigorous systems engineering practice—owning requirements, architecture, verification, and compliance (IEC 61010, CE) across multiple product lines. At NRG Systems he built the requirements framework, risk-assessment tooling, and revision-management workflows that now underpin all programs, led LOGR-Solar to market release, and automated hundreds of system-level tests in Python. A former Navy cryptologic technician, he brings disciplined operational rigor and mentorship to team development and continuous-improvement initiatives, and is currently driving AI adoption and Agile practices for electrical design. Notably, his Consensus Slope and Offset calibration method and ECAD toolchain transitions became company standards, reflecting a talent for turning hands-on engineering into durable organizational processes.
