Senior🎓
Top SchoolEric Menou is a product manager and 3D simulation specialist with over two decades in training and simulation and 13 years of hands-on experience shaping Diginext’s Inscape VTS and other virtual maintenance and instrumented training systems. Holding a PhD in Virtual Reality, he blends deep R&D pedigree—leading European multi-partner projects and authoring research during his doctorate—with practical engineering skills in C++, OpenGL and large-scale distributed simulation. At CS Group he has moved from software and R&D technical lead roles into product strategy, competitive intelligence, roadmap definition and international business development for simulation products. Known for translating advanced VR concepts into usable tools, he also brings experience in bid management, demos and budget/CIR reporting, making him equally comfortable with technical design and commercial delivery. Based in Toulouse, he pairs aeronautical and defense domain expertise with a strong track record of turning research prototypes into deployable training solutions.
