Top SchoolEric Parker is a Senior Scrum Master and agile delivery leader with 13 years of experience bridging software engineering and program management across financial services, payments, and higher education. He has led high-stakes initiatives—from Fidelity’s first retail cryptocurrency offering to an enterprise hot-hot disaster recovery rollout at Global Payments—delivering measurable improvements in resilience and team productivity. A pragmatic coach certified in Scrum@Scale, PMP, and PMI-ACP, he focuses on building delivery discipline where it’s missing and removing organizational and technical impediments that slow teams down. His hands-on engineering roots (Django, Python, AngularJS) inform his ability to translate technical complexity into actionable roadmaps and effective cross-team coordination. Notably, he reclaimed 20+ team hours per week by fixing development environment configuration issues, showing a knack for uncovering high-impact, low-visibility problems. Based in Maynard, MA, he combines academic depth in information management and cybersecurity with a proven track record of shipping complex, customer-facing systems.
