Top SchoolEric Richer is a Senior Consultant in Network Management Technology with over 30 years of domain expertise delivering SCADA/EMS/DMS/GMS solutions for utilities and vendors across North America and internationally. He combines deep power‑grid operations knowledge with hands‑on IT skills in procurement, system assessments, roadmaps and project delivery, having advised clients such as Hydro‑Québec, PG&E and National Grid. Equally at home in specifications and contract negotiation as in software design, he previously led SCADA development teams at CAE/GE and built an office and business line for ALSTOM Grid. A self‑taught full‑stack developer, he maintains a long‑running hobby project (enofily.com) built with MySQL, PHP/Laminas, React and React Native, underscoring a rare blend of operational consulting and modern application development. Based in Brossard, Quebec, he couples an MBA and an electrical engineering degree with pragmatic, cross‑discipline problem solving that helps utilities modernize control centers and procurement strategies.
