Top SchoolEric Seufert is a mobile-focused analyst, operator, and investor with 13+ years building growth, analytics, and monetization systems across gaming and consumer apps—author of Freemium Economics and creator of the Theseus cohort measurement library. As sole General Partner at Heracles Capital and owner/editor of Mobile Dev Memo, he blends hands-on product and platform experience (founding and exiting Agamemnon) with venture investing in early-stage mobile businesses. He has led user acquisition and monetization at scale—growing programmatic ad spend to $50M at N3TWORK and directing UA for Rovio—and now advises platforms including Discord and Unity on mobile and AI strategy. Trained in economics and applied computation (UCL, Harvard), he combines quantitative rigor with practitioner instincts, often surfacing nuanced measurement and growth trade-offs that most operators miss.
