Senior🎓
Top SchoolErica Gucciardo is a Senior Software Engineer with 12 years of experience building front-end driven products and full-stack services, now contributing at Snowflake after leadership-level work at Observe and Updater. She specializes in maintainable architecture, clean code, and front-end ecosystems while also owning Node.js microservices, Docker workflows, testing libraries, and data-driven experiments. A strong collaborator and mentor, Erica prioritizes hyper-collaboration, transparency, and shipping high-quality features under aggressive timelines. Her background includes driving reusable UI frameworks, advocating accessibility and performance, and contributing open-source tools used across teams. Based in Clifton, NJ, she pairs a continuous learning mindset with practical DevOps and QA fluency, often stepping into cross-functional roles to unblock delivery. Outside of work she’s known for iterating on developer tooling and — perhaps unsurprisingly — a fondness for cold brew.
